Bernie Belcher, President and CEO of Allstate Roofing, oversees the strategic direction and overall business decisions of Allstate Roofing and its member companies, operating on a national level.
Belcher has spent most of his adult life in the roofing business, with over 38 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential roofing. He has a wide range of knowledge and personal experience which serves as a basis of consulting for architects and engineers, property owners and managers, insurance companies and adjusters. Belcher holds roofing licenses in several states and serves the industry on a national level focusing on high quality and professional roofing. As a roofing specialist, Belcher has had the pleasure of working with great clients from the commercial, industrial and residential industries. He has performed work for some of the most highly respectable property managers, owners, general contractors, developers and home owners nationwide.
As a businessman who understands the necessity for master craftsmanship, Belcher holds many special certifications and awards for roofing installation of the highest quality, awarded by manufacturers of roofing products who have seen his work.
